About me

Sometimes we can find ourselves in a place where we ‘can’t see the wood for the trees’. We feel as if we have little or no control over ours or others behaviour. We will work together to start your life moving in the right direction.

With up to date psychological understanding there is a better future. Building on your own knowledge and resources we can identify your personal goals and what you want out of your appointments. This tailored approach will work with you to resolve your barriers to achieving success.

For over 10 years working at the front line of NHS mental health care, I bring a thorough breadth of knowledge and understanding to my private practice as a Human Givens Therapist. Tailoring my skills and providing useful information I will work with you at your pace, over minimal number of sessions to bring positive resolution to your situation.

Perhaps the best summary, with agreed permission, is from Martin … ‘It’s almost as if I can’t remember what it was like to be continually feeling some level of anxiety or fear’. If you feel that I maybe able to be of help to you please do give me a ring and I will be happy to discuss how we may progress and what you can expect from working with me.
