About me

I’m a Psychotherapist based in Jersey Channel Islands. I work with a range of mental health issues. I’m the resident Psychotherapist at the Women’s Health Hub in Jersey where I work with mental health relating to female health, pregnancy, birth and beyond (including menopause). I also run a Sleep Clinic where I work with a wide range of sleep issues.
