About me

My name is Martine Daly. As a therapist I use the Human Givens approach which is solution focused and tailored to individual needs, carried out in a number of sessions. I have a special interest in mental health and helping people recover from trauma, OCD and depression and bereavement, low self- esteem shame and guilt.

I have worked for over 30 years as a social worker in various settings including adoption and tracing, disability, visual impairment and in hospital settings. I have training in Safe-Talk and ASSIST. I have also worked as a School Counsellor in Southeast Asia with young adults, adolescents and students.

I currently work out of the Dublin 15 area and I can also travel to accommodate your needs.
