Testimonials

Rich was always a very easy person to talk with - he has a gift for making a session feel more like a chat with a friend rather than an appointment with a therapist. I now tell anyone who asks about my therapy that Rich's openness, empathy and sincerity are all hugely valuable traits which he brought to every session.
I learned techniques and breathing exercises to help with my PTSD, ANXIETY and ANGER issues. Rich helped me to heal from some painful memories from my past and how to be accepting and empowered with my boundaries. Working with Rich helped me to find my voice and confidence again.
He is a great listener and ran our meetings with the upmost professionalism whilst remaining kind and empathetic, offering support and encouragement as needed. Above all else I enjoyed talking with him. He provoked deep thought and great conversation. I would like to pass my deepest thanks to Rich for all that he and I achieved over the past few months.Thank you again Rich!
