About me

I have been using the Human Givens approach to therapy for about 15 years now and find it to be very successful with most clients finding considerable help within a very few sessions. I have worked with people of all ages but prefer to focus on adults.

I offer a holistic approach to therapy using the HG model to encourage a healthy lifestyle and as well as relief of symptoms clients receive an element of life coaching to stand them in good stead over the years with coping strategies for the ups and downs of life. I am a retired Methodist minister who used the therapy within my ministry and now have my part time practice both face to face but I am also able to offer Zoom on line therapy which I found extremely helpful and a useful tool to help people during the pandemic.

I work with clients who are struggling with different aspects of life, including past trauma, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, bereavement and much more enabling people to let go of the issues that hold them back and find a new positivity in life.
