About me

Caroline is an experienced Human Givens Therapist with a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach. From the first session, she aims for her clients feel a sense of hope and a way forward. She is dedicated to fostering personal growth, healing, and lasting change.

She successfully supports clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, addiction, phobias, burnout, and other challenges, guiding them towards long-term well-being. Whether navigating a life transition, making a difficult decision, or seeking clarity, she helps clients move forward with confidence. Clients often leave therapy feeling lighter, more in control, and equipped with practical tools to handle life’s challenges.

Caroline has particular expertise in relationship difficulties. She takes a straightforward approach to helping individuals and couples overcome challenges with communication, intimacy, trust, and connection, empowering them to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, she recognises and values the unique strengths of neurodivergent individuals and is trained in working with neurodiverse relationships.

Her previous career in business and management provides valuable insight into workplace dynamics. She offers empathetic support to those experiencing workplace stress and burnout, helping them achieve a healthier work-life balance and improved well-being.

Caroline also works as a counsellor for a charity supporting women in York and North Yorkshire.
