About me

I have always had a genuine interest in helping and supporting people. Having gained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Development which included Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy and then qualifying as a Human Givens Therapist, I believe I have an indepth understanding of the mind and human nature and all of the difficulties and struggles that can come with it like depression, anxiety, fear, trauma and suffering. My goal in life is to help people overcome these issues with some gentle, positive, and manageable therapy and re-discover hope and happiness which is the Human Givens approach.

Key Areas: Post Natal Depression, The Highly Sensitive Person, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Addictions, Trauma, PTSD and Phobias.

My private practice is comfortable and peaceful, and I accept online and face to face sessions which can last between 60 – 90 minutes.
