Deborah Potts

As a registered nurse and health visitor of 35 years, 22 of those in the Army, Deborah has seen first-hand the effects that emotional problems and traumatic events can have on individuals and their families.

This rewarding life experience was helpful while Deborah trained as a Human Givens counsellor. It’s made her passionate about helping young people and adults to build a “personal toolbox” to empower them to handle difficult situations, build confidence, resilience and feel life is enjoyable and rewarding again.

Now a qualified integrative counsellor psychotherapist, Deborah offers face to face counselling in a discreet setting near Ipswich. Deborah practices from home.

Deborah receives referrals from the NHS, PTSD Resolution, Suffolk Mind and Leeway Domestic Violence & Abuse Services and is happy to receive referrals from other agencues. Deborah has an enhanced DBS disclosure.
