About me

I am a fully qualified human given therapist and hold an advanced DBS, With over ten years working as a specialist children’s practitioner for a substance misused charity I have gained a wealth of experience working with young people and children.

From all backgrounds I practise from my calm relaxing therapy room Based on the Norfolk Suffolk border.

I also volunteer for a local funeral home attending bereavement groups and supporting individuals through grief. I work with a range of issues such as anxiety,depression, trauma, including complex childhood trauma, relationship issues and many more.

Sessions available day / evening Weekends. Phone, Online and Home visits by appointment.
