About me

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and fully supportive.

I have spent over 25 years working with people and businesses across the social and commercial spectrum and have worked in various roles within educational, NHS, prison, charitable and business settings.

I have a background in supporting people with challenging experiences, behaviours, abilities, disabilities and within that both neuro-majority and neuro-minority people. Utilising my diverse experience, skill-set and qualifications, I am passionate about personal and professional growth, and mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Having travelled, lived and worked in different countries, and with family members experiencing negative mental health, I engage my own exploration of needs, strengths, trauma, bias and challenges. I am deeply curious about how our bodies respond to trauma and emotions, and how we can better look after ourselves as a whole being. I seek to continuously improve and deepen whole system connections.

I am interested in improving the relationship we have with ourselves and with others. I am committed to working with both our conscious and unconscious worlds and to find healthier ways forward to feeling better.

I have previous experience working with ages ranging from 8yrs through to adult and now concentrate on 18yrs and above, no upper age limit. I have experience working with groups and individuals. DBS enhanced. Sessions can be held face to face in comfortable, quiet therapy rooms or online via zoom. Neuro-minority inclusive. EDI Active.

We will always aim to go at the pace that is right for you.
