About me

My specialism is in supporting individuals, parents and professionals recovering from birth and perinatal trauma — including those coping with baby loss, infertility or postnatal PTSD and depression. I offer sessions for all types of emotional imbalance such as chronic anxiety and depression, phobias or panic attacks. My approach is compassionate, calm and practical, helping people move from emotional overwhelm towards stability, clarity and confidence.
As a Human Givens therapist, I offer a grounded and collaborative approach to emotional wellbeing. I work with each person to reduce distress, restore balance and strengthen their natural capacity for healing. The Human Givens approach is based on the understanding that when our essential emotional needs are met and our innate resources are working well, we naturally move towards mental and emotional wellbeing.

Before training as a Human Givens therapist, I worked as a midwife in the NHS and later within the charity sector, supporting individuals through grief and trauma. These experiences continue to shape my warm, trauma-informed and professional approach today.
I offer online and face-to-face sessions for adults, parents and professionals seeking emotional recovery and a greater sense of calm in daily life.
