About me

Based in Suffolk, I am a compassionate and dedicated Human Givens therapist with an enhanced DBS.

I have worked in both mental health and education for the last 20 years.

This combined experience has given me a deep understanding of the emotional and developmental challenges people can face at different stages of life, as well as the importance of feeling supported, understood, and empowered to make positive change.

I started my career as a qualified teacher (BAEd QTS) before embarking on a role within the charity sector as a Children and Young Persons Manager.

In my spare time, I am also an online tutor.

Testimonials

I reached out to Katie at a time when anxiety was starting to take over my life. I didn’t really know what to expect, but from the first session, she made me feel completely at ease. Her approach was so different to anything I’d tried before - gentle, reassuring, and really practical/logical which is how my mind works. I’ve found myself using the breathing techniques she taught me in everyday moments, and they’ve honestly made such a difference. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m starting to take back a bit of control.
