About me

I believe that even small, supportive changes can create meaningful and lasting transformation. In my private therapy clinic, based in a peaceful South Wiltshire village on the edge of the New Forest, I offer a gentle and practical approach to emotional wellbeing.

I have a particular passion for supporting people who are living with anxiety or depression. My role is to listen deeply and help you develop the tools, strategies and confidence to move beyond the challenges you are facing right now.

You will find a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space, where you are free to explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour. Our work together will remain focused on solutions — helping you make positive steps towards the life you want.

I work face-to-face, as I find this creates the strongest therapeutic connection and the best outcomes. I am fully insured and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. As a member of the Human Givens Institute, which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, I work in accordance with their ethical guidelines. I am DBS checked for your reassurance.

If you feel ready to begin, please do get in touch by telephone or email. I offer a free 15-minute call, so that we can discuss what you need, answer any questions and arrange your first appointment. It would be a privilege to support you as you take those first steps towards positive change.
