About me

If you’re needing help with making positive change, whether it’s from emotional pain, whether you have a diagnosis or not, I can help.

Maybe you’ve got into a pattern that’s unhelpful and you need a bit of professional input to use your resources more helpfully. Maybe there’s a barrier that needs some navigation to overcome and maybe I’m the person to help you start your path to recovery.

As well as a private practise, I am a mental health trainer for Suffolk Mind and am also part of their counselling service. I have worked in and managed mental health recovery services for over 20 years.

I love working in mental health, not least to play a part in the best part about it: recovery.

If you would like to see if I am the right person for you, please do contact me. I will arrange a free call for up to 15 minutes to establish how I can help in advance of booking the first session.
