About me
I work with adults experiencing emotional distress, as well as those who want to make positive changes to improve their
emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety,
phobias, low self-confidence, or feeling overwhelmed by
life’s demands, I offer a calm and supportive space to explore what’s going on and find a way forward.
Being fully listened to and understood is central to my
approach. I work collaboratively with clients to set clear,
achievable goals and support them in making meaningful,
lasting change. I also have experience helping high-
performing individuals manage stress and make confident
decisions under pressure.
I am a mum of three young children and work from home
during school hours and term-time. Sessions take place in a
peaceful, private garden studio, providing a comfortable and
confidential setting for therapy.
