Alessia offers compassionate psychological and emotional support to individuals facing various life’s challenges. She is dedicated to helping people achieve balance and well-being through practical and effective techniques tailored to each person’s unique circumstances, ensuring effective and lasting results. Whether a person is struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, stress or other difficulties, Alessia is committed to guiding them towards a more balanced and fulfilling life, on a path of self-discovery and transformation.

Sessions with Alessia are conducted in a caring and calming environment, providing complete confidentiality and a space where a person can feel truly supported, heard and validated.

Her private practice is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Kentish Town Tube station.

Alessia holds a Degree in Political Science from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome, Italy, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Diploma as a Nutritional Therapist and a Diploma as a Practitioner and Supervisor in the NICE approved Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE CfD) modality.
