Testimonials

" I had Alex as my therapist and he was fantastic! This was my first taste of counselling or anything and he provided a safe and open place for talking and helping. He truly is an amazing therapist and I feel so happy to of had him. In the sessions we would talk about my different struggles in life, whether it was recent or past, and he would provide me with great advice and techniques on how to get me out of low and anxious moods. I've learnt so much from him and I think I’m going to treasure those 6 total hours of talking with him for life. I've learnt so much about myself and how to love my self which has been needed for many years ."

Client

"Alex helped me during a difficult time. I felt overwhelmed and lost by changes in my life. He enabled me to get things back in perspective. Therapy was a great deal more helpful than expected, Alex's sessions were so effective I couldn't recommend him highly enough"

Client

" Alex was fantastic - I had no idea what to expect from seeking help and Alex has killed off any stigma around therapy that I may have brought with me. I was made to feel very welcome, and we have laughed, shared and I've been appropriately challenged which has helped me see myself in a much better light. He has also responded to a couple of messages outside of our sessions which I am very grateful for! "

Client

"Alex was very good. I felt he was genuine, realistic, down-to-earth, and empathised with a comment each time I expressed or shared a difficulty. Very easy to talk with and I felt he took the time to think of his responses when needed. I also felt I was in control of the pace to a good degree."
