By borrowing a calm, compassionate perspective, and then learning new ways of thinking, using different tools and making changes in your current life, you can change how you think, feel and act and so feel better and able to move forward in your life.
I use on-going outcome measurements to show progress and these demonstrate that, even if a client has had difficulties for a long time, they can often make significant progress in 4 to 6 sessions. Some may only need a couple and some with more complicated situations may need more.
