After having had 27 years of experience offering emotional support in various areas of voluntary work, I decided to stop and retrain in the Human Givens approach. I now combine my years of experience with the insights and techniques provided by the Human Givens College in the various levels of training that I underwent on the way to gaining my full level 3 accreditation. I generally do not travel to clients but if there are circumstances that would make travel difficult I am flexible on this. Reaching out for the first time to ask for help can sometimes be very daunting, HG therapy is about helping clients feel better fast not endlessly going over painful memories.
