Elizabeth is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist (over 10 years) and is able to support with many kinds of emotional and psychological situations. Her aim is to get you back to happy living as quickly as possible. She holds the Human Givens Post-Graduate Diploma (Grade: distinction) and applies a range of counselling methods including those for trauma (PTSD) and has also been a qualified and registered teacher for over twenty years.
