About me

I specialise in anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I can also help if you’re having, work issues, suffering from stress, trauma or low self-esteem. I don’t just listen, as a Human Givens therapist I use the latest psychotherapeutic research and techniques to help people make significant and long-lasting changes to their lives. My aim is to make you feel better by the first session.
