Helen Stanford

Helen has a special interest in working with adolescents and young people who are struggling with anxiety and depression. 

She has spent the last 6 years working within secondary education, both as a Mental health Mentor, but also as a careers and progression adviser, as well as a Mental health coach. 

Helen is passionate about helping young people develop greater self-awareness and resilience, to help them to progress and reach their true, full potential.
