Inga Springell

I have 18 years’ experience, working with children, adolescents and their families in a therapeutic capacity within a variety of educational and supportive settings, including private practice. I also provide supervision to other professionals working within mental health services.

I deal with a full range of concerns using the Human Givens approach, including PTSD and work with clients to improve their knowledge about their emotional wellbeing and support them not only to build a “personal toolbox” to help improve their resilience, but help them move on with their life.

I have an enhanced DBS /CRB disclosure and take referrals directly from clients, educational settings and other agencies/specialists.

I have ample parking at my practice and can travel locally to see clients if required (Schools, Colleges and Children Centres).
