Having worked in London for the past 30 years, as well as having brought up a child as a single parent, I know only too well the pressures we all face in the modern world, where at times it can be hard to prioritize your emotional wellbeing, or even to notice what’s happening until anxiety or depression has really taken hold.
Using the Human Givens approach, I can quickly get up to speed on the issues you face, help you to identify the changes that are needed, and then work with you to bring about significant and lasting improvements, often over the course of just a handful of sessions. I will help you to feel human again.
I offer day-time and evening sessions, either in my home in Hackney Wick, or by phone or video conference.
