My aim is to help you move forwards as quickly as possible. I provide effective, solution-focused therapy, based on what you need to live an emotionally healthy and fulfilling life.
Using the latest proven techniques, I’ll help you deal with distress and empower you to meet your needs. My approach is practical, positive and evidence-based. I’ll enable you to draw on your strengths and skills in new ways to bring about positive change. I’ll help you feel better in each session and provide strategies to reach your goals. To help support your progress, our time together will be structured, using measurable outcomes.
