Having trained in many other psychological approaches, when I came across the Human Givens approach in 2005, it resonated with me from day one as a highly effective way of helping people. Since then, I have used the HG approach to assist many people back to a state of well-being.

For the past decade, I worked for the military in the UK and in Germany where I helped a huge variety of soldiers (from trainees to veterans) suffering with such as anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harming, alcoholism, family/gender challenges and homesickness. 

Currently, I can accept referrals for 1-2-1 and group sessions, in-person and online.  Based in Worcestershire, I am able to travel all over the UK to meet clients in their own homes or at a mutually agreeable location.
