About me

Life is a journey, with ups, downs and unexpected turns. As a Human Needs Therapist, I work with you to find your way through the challenging moments, helping you to identify what works best for you and support you to develop resilience and strategies so you can thrive.

Currently, I work part-time for a Children and Young Persons Early Mental Health Service, supporting them to overcome difficulties, develop coping strategies, and meet their emotional needs. I have an enhanced DBS associated with this workplace.

Previously, I have worked as a Clinical Nutritionist within the NHS for an obesity weight management service, and in outdoor and equine therapy centres providing support to neuro-diverse children and adolescents. More recently, I worked as Behaviour Support Lead for an Autistic Specialist secondary school.

I can provide face-to-face sessions in local therapy rooms or as walk-and-talk, in addition to online or telephone consultations.

Please get in touch by telephone or email, and we can have a free 15 minute telephone conversation to understand your needs and book your first appointment.
