About me
I am a practising Human Givens therapist based in South Devon, working online in private practice alongside my role as Operations Manager at PTSD Resolution. Through this work I support veterans, reservists and their family members with a wide range of mental health concerns, which continually informs and enriches my therapeutic practice.
I work with both trainees and qualified practitioners and really value the supervisory relationship. Having experienced the benefit of good supervision myself, I aim to offer a space that feels supportive, open and genuinely collaborative and somewhere you can think things through, feel heard and, at times, “borrow a brain”.
If you are earlier in your HG journey, we can bring a bit more structure to a session, helping you build confidence, find your own way of working within the model and feel steady in your practice. If you are more experienced, the space becomes more about reflection, exploring complexity and having thoughtful, collegial conversations about the work.
Supervision, for me, is about creating a space where you can be honest about the realities of the work that we do, what is going well, what feels tricky and to think it through together in a way that ultimately benefits your clients.
I work flexibly and will always shape sessions around what you need.
I am very happy to have an informal initial chat so we can see if working together feels like the right fit.
