Pauline Ronan

Offering supervision is an important and enjoyable part of my practice; I place huge emphasis on education and self-reflection as I have taught across high schools for over two decades and believe that we are always learning. I have taught aspects of the Human Givens Philosophy through the annual Conference. I work closely with HG students who are on their way to passing part 3 of their diploma and qualified therapists. I have monthly supervision myself as I see many clients in various settings including high schools, the local A and E staff and a largely male private practice, so I am always open to problem solving together and expanding my skill set.

Collaboration is a huge aspect of supervision, in my experience, and working out ethical sensibilities together whilst always coming back to the effective principles of HG underpins my approach.
