About me
I work with adults and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or off balance, and help them move towards calm, clarity and practical change. My approach is warm, structured and solution-focused, using Human Givens methods to ease anxiety, reduce stress and help you feel better as soon as possible. Whether you’re dealing with low mood, worry, burnout or a difficult life transition, we’ll focus on what you need right now and what will genuinely move things forward.
I have a particular interest in supporting creatives, musicians and artists, whose work often brings unique pressures such as performance anxiety, perfectionism, imposter feelings, unstable work environments and identity strongly tied to their creative output. I also understand how physical tension, emotional overload and overwork can impact wellbeing and confidence. Alongside my HG training, I bring many years’ experience in performance and creative fields, as well as a background as an Alexander Technique teacher, vocal coach and creative mentor.
In our sessions, you can expect a calm, collaborative space where we build on your strengths, resources and what’s already working. I use practical, evidence-based tools to help you regain balance, reduce distress and reconnect with your own capacity for change in your life, your work and your creative practice.
