About me

With practices in Chiswick and Richmond, I draw on the best techniques and approaches from across the wider psychotherapy sector, so that sessions work best for you.

With so many kinds of therapy available, how do you know which one is right for you? Recognising this challenge, I provide a modern approach to psychotherapy – one that means I can identify the most effective research-backed techniques from across the psychotherapy sector, specifically tailored for you.

Working across modalities, in this way, is designed to feel better in sessions, to build resilience longer term, and lead to greater life satisfaction overall. It is also briefer, meaning that you can be out and living your best life, sooner.

Sessions are collaborative and empathic. I want you to feel seen and deeply supported. I assume there are two experts in the room – you and me! Solutions are co-created, identifying what you need and how to get there fastest, together. Our sessions will leave you feeling more empowered, positive and headed in a better direction, from the start.

About me: Before training as a therapist, I worked in the charity sector as CEO of a medical charity. I hold a BA in Psychology from Durham University, a Foundation Certificate in Couple Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Tavistock Centre for Couples Relationships, and qualified with distinction as a Trainee Psychotherapist with HGI.

Session details: I am currently offering clinical hours for the cost of room hire only, in West London. Initial consultations last 20 minutes and are conducted completely free of charge, via phone, to ensure we are a suitable fit. Subsequent sessions are held in person in Chiswick or Richmond.

Further details, and booking, can be found on my website: www.practically-minded.com

Please note wheelchair access is only available for the Chiswick rooms.
