About me
I’m a Trainee Member of the Human Givens Institute, currently working towards my HG Diploma practitioner qualification.
I see clients in person in West London. As a trainee I give my time free of charge, but ask for a small fee to cover expenses.
I started out on a science path before spending over 20 years running a creative communications business. That mix – analytical thinking alongside real-world experience – helps me connect with a wide range of people and understand the pressures they face in both their work and personal lives.
It’s also a big part of what drew me to Human Givens. It’s an approach that takes the science seriously and focuses on practical, lasting change.
Human Givens therapy is forward-looking. Rather than spending months revisiting the past, we work together to understand what’s getting in the way right now – and what we can actually do about it. Most people notice a real shift sooner than they expect.
I work with adults experiencing mild to moderate difficulties including anxiety, low mood, depression, stress, work pressure, overwhelm, sleep issues, panic attacks, phobias, bereavement, low confidence and that hard-to-name feeling of being stuck.
All sessions are conducted under regular clinical supervision in accordance with HGI requirements.
