I practice in a quiet little clinic tucked away in the quaint town of Wheatley alongside other holistic therapists.
Having started my life within rural community as well as travelled to work and live in other countries I have a passion to help those who struggle with the challenges of living and working in the countryside and their industries, in these modern times. Whether one works in agriculture, equestrian, market gardening, rural consultancy, I am well aware of the difficulties that can be faced.
Aside from this, I have also lived my life in sport and competitive sport, and now more recently the field of recovery and rehabilitation.
My practical approach with a dash of motivation goes a long way to helping others understand their blocks and thus give them agency to remove them and live the life they have always hoped for.
I am DBS checked and often also give my time voluntarily to Oxford Mind charity. I work privately and am happy to take on referrals.
