For over 25 years I have worked therapeutically with adults and children alike, helping them find a sense of inner peace, ease, joy, and hope so they can live freely and fully.

I began learning about Human Givens over 20 years ago and completed the Human Givens Diploma in October 2000.

My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.

I started my professional life in Switzerland where I qualified and worked as a Kindergarten Teacher. After moving to Britain in 1994 I trained as an Occupational Therapist.
