I have worked in NW London with young people in a charity I co-founded and later on with the ministry of defence.

I treat clients with a broad spectrum of challenges, from anxiety and depression to phobias and trauma, helping them to take control of their lives and get their emotional health back on track.

Alison qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2001 and since this time she has worked in a variety of health fields.

I enjoy helping people move as quickly as possible from difficult times towards a sense of wellbeing in life. The solution-focused approach of Human Givens Therapy serves this brilliantly.
