About me

For anyone needing help when they are finding life difficult, I offer a comfortable confidential space for you to explore ways to feel better as quickly as possible.

Our lives are full of challenges and surprises but sometimes our reactions to these life events, from the seemingly mundane to the extremes of loss and bereavement can make us unwell. Whatever the cause, when we lose the ability to cope with these events, we often find it difficult to deal with the distress that this causes.

I will help you to quickly identify where you can better meet your emotional needs, find balance in your life again and start leading a meaningful life where you can be resilient to the challenges that come your way again.

I am an experienced HG therapist with over 15 years of experience helping clients through all sorts of challenges. I also have 30yrs of dealing with all levels of human experience as a Senior Paramedic. This dual experience has given me a unique perspective when helping people deal with acute anxiety, stress, depression, burnout and grief.

All therapeutic relationships depend on finding the right balance between the therapist and client, therefore I offer a free 20 minute online or phone session to all clients to ensure we find the right “fit”.
