From my offices in the heart of Suffolk, I am able to help with all forms of emotional distress. I can see you in the privacy and comfort of my offfices at Stowmarket and in exceptional circumstances 1 can travel to your home or place of work. During these difficult times I understand that when you are experiencing distress, you need help now, therefore I offer a ‘no waiting list’ service. This means that I always try to hold at least one client appointment open every week so that no-one who needs help has to wait an unreasonable amount of time to start feeling better.

With the Covid-19 Pandemic continuing to affect all our lives it can be difficult to see people truly face to face. However (government Guidance depending), having taken extra precautions, I am able to see clients truly face to face in a COVID-19 SAFE environment. For those that need it, I also offer Zoom counselling too.

For anyone needing supervision, I am an experienced HG Therapist and qualified HG Supervisor. I am also an experienced Mentor and educator in Paramedic science and sports coaching with over 20 years of experience and 10 years mentoring students on their learning journey. I am able to take on new supervisees and offer face to face and Zoom appointments

I am also a member of the Health Professions Council (HPC)  as a practicing Senior Paramedic and currently hold two Advanced Disclosure CRB certificates.
