I have over 10 years experience of working in the NHS as both a manager and a health visitor and I am now taking my first steps into private practice as a Humans Givens Counsellor and Life Coach.

I have 18 years’ experience, working with children, adolescents and their families in a therapeutic capacity within a variety of educational and supportive settings, including private practice.

If you would benefit from help with step-by-step solutions and/ or require release from the trap of 'over-thinking', I would love to help.

My counselling training and experience has ingrained my commitment to empower you to both draw and build upon your inner resources - which may prove to be greater than you thought - to get a life that works without investing in long-term and costly therapy.

Whatever challenges, distress or difficulties you have experienced in the past or are facing now, you are capable of achieving and deserving of a life that works for you.

A broad range of experiences, both personal and professional, have enabled me to support numerous individuals in their recovery, from many forms of emotional distress.

I am not currently seeing private clients

I have lived in several countries where I have racked up 1000s of hours teaching and coaching in a variety of subjects.

I see clients at my home in Norwich - there is parking available as well as a good local bus service.
