After a successful career in financial services and a break to bring up my children (one of which has special needs) I chose to retrain as a Human Givens Therapist.

I am both a fully qualified Human Givens Practitioner and Medical Doctor with over 20 years of experience. I am based in Shropshire (UK).

My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.

Nikka is a young therapist, who has experience patiently working with all ages on a variety of difficulties.

I can help you overcome any difficulties with thinking, no matter what the label or diagnosis.

I am currently CRB checked.

I find the Human Givens approach to be helpful to a wide variety of people in different situations and most find help within a very few sessions.

I am based in Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland and work from home. I’ve always had a passion for helping people and Human Givens methodology has enabled me to do just that.

Patrick is a former career soldier in the British Army and has worked in training, coaching and more recently provides therapeutic help to Combat veterans and their families.

Kiron has over 4 years experience in professional practice, initially specialising in holistic healthcare.  This approach led her to Human Givens and how the mind and emotional health is of paramou
