I am delighted to see adults of all ages  developing new skills and understanding they can enjoy doing more fun things in their life.

The most rewarding part of the Human Givens framework is the ability to be able to make a real difference to people's lives.

My aim is to offer you a safe and comfortable space in which you feel able to talk about the difficulties you are facing, gain fresh perspectives, and identify new strategies to help you recover your wellbeing as quickly as possible.

I began learning about Human Givens over 20 years ago and completed the Human Givens Diploma in October 2000.

I help adults and children (5-18 year olds) overcome challenging life circumstances so they can experience triumph from tragedy and feel empowered by their journey. 

I am a fully qualified Human Givens psychotherapist focusing on helping people to move forward in their lives as quickly as possible whilst ensuring their emotional needs are met in balance. 

For as long as I can remember i have been interested in and curious about people. I have also always found meaning in work which has centered on hearing people’s stories.
