Caroline provides practical and effective support to enable people to feel better and move on with their lives as quickly as possible. She helps people develop a “toolbox" to empower them to cope with different situations, building confidence and resilience. This lowers their susceptibility to emotional and mental difficulties in the future.
For several years she worked with the charity Cruse providing bereavement support.
Caroline will facilitate workshops for small groups on understanding and managing depression and anxiety. This enables people to develop skills that will help them support others.
Most sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes. Generally clients can expect to have between 2 and 8 sessions. Caroline has a private practice in a quiet location near Warminster, Wiltshire. She is willing to travel to see clients in certain circumstances.
Caroline is a registered military trauma therapist for PTSD Resolution (www.ptsdresolution.org). Caroline is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office re. data protection and holds an enhanced CRB clearance certificate
