Have you been suffering for too long with feeling of anxiety, or re-occurring depression, perhaps a trauma or anger, maybe strong emotions or negative thinking that is stopping you from living life the way that you would like to live? As a therapist and teacher, I use a Human Givens model as it is based on cutting edge science, neurobiology, and findings from psychology. The model is designed to allow clients/teenagers/couples to step forward in their lives, quickly. I work mostly face to face and over the telephone, and any work that is conducted face to face takes place in Liverpool. The areas that I tend to work with are anxiety, mild depression, and grief. I also work with improving self-confidence and decision-making. Using the practical tools from the HG approach usually allows clients to move forward within 4-6 sessions, some may take longer if it requires it.
