I am currently relocating within London.

I am a fully qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist and also a fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher.

Background has been in nursing for the last 17 years as a clinical nurse specialist in palliative care supporting people facing a life limiting illness.

Sandra has experience of helping people with a wide range of personal difficulties and is keen to provide practical support that helps people feel better quickly and effectively.

I have been a secondary school teacher since 2003 and in recent years have become acutely aware of the increase in mental health issues for young people.

I believe in people's capacity to change, grow and discover parts of themselves, that for many reasons they have not been able to see. I work with people to change the narrative of their circumstances, into the story they want to share with the world. I can aid you in whatever this journey looks like for you.

Difficult and challenging life situations affect us all. Sometimes however, we can get overwhelmed or find it a struggle to cope with these things, whether they are in our surroundings, our relationships or in our own thinking and general emotional health. If you feel that you would benefit from support, then it would be my sincere hope that by working with me you would quickly recover a sense of equilibrium and get back on track 

Louise has a BA (hons psychology) and MA from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from Edinburgh University.
