I'm a qualified and registered Psychotherapist living and working in Jersey, Channel Islands.

I became a fully qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist in 2006. And have been running a very busy private counselling practice in Manchester for 11 years.

From my offices in the heart of Suffolk, I am able to help with all forms of emotional distress.

I like working with people to help them regain their emotional balance. Through this they can relax, sleep well and be free from unpleasant dreams, achieve their goals and enjoy life.

After a successful career in financial services and a break to bring up my children (one of which has special needs) I chose to retrain as a Human Givens Therapist.
