I have a long history of working with people to support their development and am skilled in helping people overcome difficulties to lead fulfilling lives.

I have spent more than 20 years working for charities, supporting service users with trauma, anxiety, addictions, homelessness and involvement in the criminal justice system.

Following early retirement from professional sport, I began a career in the education sector where I have been a qualified teacher for the last fourteen years.
