I offer brief, solution-focused therapy, where I help individuals overcome and treat anxiety, depression and trauma as quickly as possible.
I help clients to understand, manage and treat their anxiety, depression and/or unresolved trauma in a way that allows them to enjoy life as they did before they first experienced either or all of these areas.
Using a combination of psycho-education and highly effective therapeutic techniques, I am committed to helping you identify your unmet needs, explore your resources and feel better as quickly as possible.
Despite your personal adversities, it is possible to overcome debilitating mental health and take control of your life so that you can go on feeling relaxed, happy and fulfilled.
My aim is to help you take control of your mental wellbeing and ensure you leave each session feeling more positive, hopeful and confident that change is possible.
My private practice offers a safe and supportive environment, where you are guaranteed a judgement free zone, within which anything goes.
Prior to training as a Psychotherapist, I worked as a globally accredited Anxiety Coach with an online private practice.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and am insured by Tower Gate. I also have an Enhanced DBS.
