Cathy is a Human Givens therapist, an accredited coach on the Henley Register, and holds an MSc in Mental Health and Psychotherapy.

Miriam has extensive experience of working with families, couples and individuals in various settings.

Having been in private practice as a Human Givens therapist for the last four years, I have been honoured to witness the dramatic changes that this therapy has been able to provide.

My psychotherapy style is characterized by warmth and humour.

I love working with people, especially one to one.

I have worked with teenagers and adults for over 35 years.

My hobbies include cycling and swimming.

I have always had a genuine interest in helping and supporting people.

Sometimes we can all feel a little bit stuck, unfocussed, tired a lot of the time or just not like our usual self. 

I graduated in medicine at the University of Edinburgh in 1985 and have enjoyed working as a doctor in a wide variety of medical settings.
