With 30 years working and studying in the Health & Social Care sector Carmel now practices as a HG Therapist.

A broad range of experiences, both personal and professional, have enabled me to support numerous individuals in their recovery, from many forms of emotional distress.

Claire, a dedicated therapist, is here to guide you through life's challenges. With a background in the NHS and expertise as an airline crew counsellor, she specialises in grief and loss, couples, relationships, trauma and sexual issues. Paul is a qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist and has over 25 years’ experience in various roles of supporting, mentoring and coaching people struggling with their mental and emotional health.

I trained and qualified as a State Registered Nurse in 1981 at Kings College London.

I have a wide range of experience, successfully using the Human Givens approach for over 20 years, with clients of all ages, and with diverse problems.
