I have been working in the field of mental health for 25 years.

My background is in the area of Human Resources where I worked for one of Ireland’s largest banking organisations.   

I am a fully qualified Human Givens psychotherapist who sees clients at my private practice at home. When appropriate, I can do home visits and walk and talk or online sessions.

My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.

Fiona previously worked as a social worker for a local authority in Scotland for a number of years before immigrating to Australia.

From my offices in the heart of Suffolk, I am able to help with all forms of emotional distress.

Patrick grew up in the East Anglian countryside and has always loved being close to nature.

Claire has a calm, considered approach and offers you the space to explore what has brought you to seek therapy.
