Having trained in many other psychological approaches, when I came across the Human Givens approach in 2005, it resonated with me from day one as a highly effective way of helping people.

Alex is a qualified and highly experienced psychotherapist who has helped many hundreds of individuals move forward from periods of difficulty in their life.

It is in the nature of life to throw up challenges, and it is only human to need a little help from time to time.

Currently working in private Education setting working with adolescents. Prior work with university students as a Mental Health advisor and support worker.
