I have always had a genuine interest in helping and supporting people.

I am an experienced therapist in private practice, with a background in secondary teaching, school counselling and pastoral care.

I can see you face-to-face at my peaceful therapy room in my home in Brighton, about two minutes walk from London Road (Brighton) Station. I also offer a small number of face-to face evening, or weekend morning appointments from a therapy practise in Kemp Town. Alternatively I can offer appointments via Zoom.

Alongside a successful career in Business IT, I have been studying and working part-time in mental health since 2009. I spent six years working with the NHS in a trauma psychotherapy service.

I became a fully qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist in 2006. And have been running a very busy private counselling practice in Manchester for 11 years.

Fiona has worked as an OT in a wide range of health, social care and community settings over the last 40years, specializing in Palliative Care until 2012. She has run a private practice as an HG psychotherapist since 2011 alongside work in the NHS and abroad
