I trained and worked as a medical doctor in the NHS for over the past 23 years, specialising as a GP.  I was also an academic researcher and Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen where I taught mental health to senior medical students. I have extensive and varied experience of working with a wide range of mental health problems in a variety of settings within the NHS including general practice, accident and emergency departments, and in psychiatric departments. I have experience of mild psychological distress to severe debilitating mental health crises. I am now trained and currently working as a psychotherapist

I graduated in medicine at the University of Edinburgh in 1985 and have enjoyed working as a doctor in a wide variety of medical settings.

Julian has twelve years' experience as a practising Human Givens therapist working in private practice as well as for a mental health charity in north east England.

I’ve developed my therapy practice based in Tonbridge since 2001.

Penny has a specialist interest in the management and treatment of post traumatic stress, specifically relating to exposure in the workplace.

I am currently CRB checked.

After completing a degree in psychology Elizabeth has worked in education for more than twenty years, so is comfortable working with children, teenagers and adults.

My therapy is based on The Human Givens principles. This therapy is practical, solution-based and brief (usually 3-6 sessions of 1 -1.5 hour).

I am a younger therapist, welcoming all genders. Approachable, open minded and solution focused. 

I have an enhanced DBS disclosure.
